Navigating the ever-changing publishing industry can be daunting for any organization, let alone for an individual author. In a landscape of tremendous competition and an explosion of social media images and voices trying to reach you, our readers, how does an author generate awareness and create meaningful connections? For all of us at the Tall Poppy Writers, the answer is simple…collaboration!

Founded in 2013, the Tall Poppy Writers is the only author-driven marketing cooperative in the U.S. that is exclusively female authors who publish in a variety of genres. Each member volunteers her expertise to help build relationships in the publishing industry and to elevate the collective work of the group.

In the spirit of collaboration, we are THRILLED to announce our first major partnership: we are joining forces with Francis Ford Coppola Winery! We have teamed together to create a program called “Books & Bottles,” which pairs Tall Poppy novels with Francis Ford Coppola Winery wines. The program was developed with wine and book enthusiasts in mind and would be perfect for book clubs and holiday gifts.
